I confim my order of a Royal AppBooks photo-Book. 
I warrant that I have the right to grant permission for the uses of the Selection of my photographies and that the Selection does not infringe the rights of any third parties.

(1)    I guarantee that I am the owner of the rights to publication, in particular of the picture rights. The picture rights shall remain with me. For advertising purposes, I shall provide Royal AppBooks© with all shots to be shown in the description of the App in iTunes. The copyright in the Work shall belong to me. I shall be solely responsible for filing its copyrights and any other intellectual property with the appropriate governmental body. It is my responsibility to place a copyright notice on the copyright page or some other prominent place in the Work.

(2)    By submitting my Work to Royal AppBooks for publication, I, the Author or the Author I represent, author’s Publisher or Agent or Distributor, warrant and represent that the work is complete and I:

• am the only author of the Photographs, design, pictures, drawings;
• am the sole owner of the rights herein granted;
• have not assigned, pledged, or encumbered such rights or have not entered into any agreement which would conflict with the rights granted to Royal AppBooks herein; 
• have full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to grant the rights granted herein.
